Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
Please understand that we are a small business and thrive off the income received from our client's appointments. Unexpected things happen but please be considerate and allow notice when things come up.

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or 50% of the total booking cost will be charged to the card on file.

You may reschedule your booking once up to 2 hours before your appointment and no fee will be charged.

If a booking is rescheduled and canceled, a 50% charge will still apply.

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, but after this, they will be canceled and considered a no-show. 50% fees will apply.
